My trip on Germany

5.29

The departure time of my airplane was 13:00, so I got the train at 7:30....Actually, I should have gotten a train at earlier time, but I had completely forgotten that the time was middle of "the rash hour"!!! I think that's famous -- how terrible "Japanese rush hour" is. Reilwaymen have to push people into a train, otherwise the train's doors can't shut. I'm hardly surprised even if some of passengers were squeezed out from the windows.

Anyway, for 30 minutes, I was pushed, pressed, treaded on toes and drenched in sweat....So, I was exhausted before getting into a airplane!! *_*

The flight was very comfortable. ^^ Thanks to EMA.

Comic salon in Erlangen

I had thought and some people told me that the summer of Germany is not so hot. But I had hot day in Erlangen...it wasn't humid, though.(That's good point-- when you compare it with Japan!!)

During The Comic salon, I was busy to make autograph, but at the same time, I was enjoyed. Almost all fans were very polite and kind. Thanks! I got a few strange request, though. For instance, "Draw Dragon Ball", "Draw this figure character", and "Draw elephant. Because it's my favorite animals." ....."???" @_@ I never get such request from Japanese fans.

I did a lot of things in Comic Salon. Interviews, "artist dialogue", talk with fans... A girl who wore a yukata (a kind of Kimono) recommended me a German dish, then I tried it. ^_^V Thanks. It was nice.

6.3-6.12 "Signature tour"

I went to 8 comic store for signing. Thanks for coming! ^^

Animagic

It was a very exciting place.*laugh* Large place, beautiful sight. and.... But...but, it was incredibly hot and humid !! Like Japan...like "Comike"(Comic market) These days were unusually humid and hot in Germany. Besides, there are many people in the place...*_*; However, it was interesting experience, honestly. And I enjoyed a little talk with some fans. ^_^( In English, of course. I don't speak Germany at all....)

I was a little bit disappointed that we didn't have enough people to fill all seats at panel discussion. Hummm The panelists were Shiki and Yazawa -- aren't we popular in Germany?? ;-)

From a lot of points of view, it was great convention, though it was very different from Japanese comic market.
